Comprehensive evaluation covering speed, agility, strength, and position-specific skills

All stations are run by experienced high school level football coaches providing expert instruction

Athletes will rotate through 10 comprehensive testing stations, each designed to measure specific athletic abilities and football skills.

40 Yard Dash
The ultimate test of straight-line speed

Athletes sprint 40 yards with laser timing for precise measurements. This is the gold standard for evaluating speed and acceleration.

5-10-5 Shuttle
Test your lateral quickness and change of direction

Athletes run 5 yards, change direction and run 10 yards the opposite way, then change direction again and run 5 yards back. Timed with laser system.

L-Drill
Evaluate agility and body control

Athletes navigate through three cones in an L-shaped pattern, testing quickness, agility, and ability to change direction while maintaining speed.

Vertical Jump
Measure explosive leg power

Athletes jump vertically from a standing position, reaching as high as possible. Measures explosive lower-body power and athletic ability.

Broad Jump
Test explosive horizontal power

Athletes jump forward from a standing position, measuring how far they can propel themselves horizontally. Excellent indicator of explosive power.

Tire Flip
Showcase functional strength

Athletes flip a heavy tire using proper technique. Tests total body strength, power, and coordination. A classic test of functional strength.

Medicine Ball Throw
Measure upper body explosive power

Athletes throw a medicine ball for maximum distance. Measures upper body explosive power and coordination. Perfect for quarterbacks and all skill positions.

Each position group undergoes specialized testing tailored to the specific demands of their role on the football field.

Quarterback (QB)
The leader of the offense. Tests include QB accuracy drills, arm strength evaluation, footwork, and decision-making. QBs will be evaluated on throwing mechanics, accuracy to targets, and leadership qualities.
