Athletes will rotate through 10 comprehensive testing stations, each designed to measure specific athletic abilities and football skills.
Athletes sprint 40 yards with laser timing for precise measurements. This is the gold standard for evaluating speed and acceleration.
Athletes run 5 yards, change direction and run 10 yards the opposite way, then change direction again and run 5 yards back. Timed with laser system.
Athletes navigate through three cones in an L-shaped pattern, testing quickness, agility, and ability to change direction while maintaining speed.
Athletes jump vertically from a standing position, reaching as high as possible. Measures explosive lower-body power and athletic ability.
Athletes jump forward from a standing position, measuring how far they can propel themselves horizontally. Excellent indicator of explosive power.
Athletes flip a heavy tire using proper technique. Tests total body strength, power, and coordination. A classic test of functional strength.
Athletes throw a medicine ball for maximum distance. Measures upper body explosive power and coordination. Perfect for quarterbacks and all skill positions.
Athletes run routes and catch passes from coaches. Evaluates hands, route-running ability, concentration, and ball skills.
Quarterbacks throw to various targets at different distances. Measures accuracy, arm strength, and throwing mechanics.
Running backs navigate agility drills while carrying a football. Tests agility, vision, footwork, and ability to protect the football.

Athletes receive detailed feedback on their performance and areas for development
Each position group undergoes specialized testing tailored to the specific demands of their role on the football field.
